We would like to congratulate our open men on winning the 2010 Pacific Association Road Grand Prix. This is a first for the club!!! This is also the first time a Sacramento-based club has won a road series title regardless of age group.
The Open Title is quite prestigious as the Pacific Association boundaries stretch from the California-Oregon border on the North to San Luis Obispo in Central California on the South and the East boundary stretches just beyond Reno, Nevada. The Pacific Association is also one of the most competitive associations nationwide. Winning the title is quite an achievement for a club that is locally supported by Fleet Feet Fair Oaks / Roseville, and that was started by 5 local Sacramento runners.
The Rebels go GREEN! Join our recycling program and help raise funds for our club AND help the environment! We recycle cans, plastic bottles and glass bottles (anything with a CRV) and turn them in for money. In 2009 with just a few team members doing this, we raised over $400! So, save your bottles and cans and call Mark (916) 397-9586 to arrange to drop them off or have them picked up!
