Hey everyone enjoy this month’s recap for all of the racing action from the month of June 2025!

Women’s Fitness Festival 5K/10K

Liza Medina crushed the 5K course with a time of 29:26, going sub 30! Great job Lisa! 

Steph Lunetta Henry completed the 5K in a time of 44:02; with an excellent simple as always!

Lynn Marshall ran the 10K in a time of 1:02:53; way to get it done Lynn! 

Jasmin McClean smashed the 10K in a time of 58:04; well done going sub one hour in the 10K Jasmin!

Selena Hak completed the 5K in a time of 39:27; putting on a strong sprint finish at the end too; great job Selena!

Adrienne Morelos ran the 5K in a time of 44:02 and looked great doing it too; congrats Adrienne!

Mai Nakamoto & Michelle Carrasco completed the 10K with Ainsley’s Angels in a time of 1:11:34; well done ladies!

Suzie Oyoung finished the 10K in a time of 1:07:17; well done Suzie always running strong!

Courtney Eldridge completed the 10K in a time of 48:25 earning 1st in age group and 6th overall; congrats Courtney on going sub 50 minutes on your 10K and earning fantastic placings!

Jessica Rong running her very first 5K road race finished with an excellent PR of 23:45, finishing 4th in her age group! Great job Jessica!

I would like to highlight a little Rebel team work too; where Courtney and Jessica paced each other to success in their respective distances:

Lake Tahoe Relay

Ben Mundy ran leg 6 with a total distance of 8.6 miles and total elevation gain of 1000 feet in a time of 1 hour and 31 minutes; well done Ben! As he always says: “Hills Pay Bills” and it was certainly true on this day.

Impala Stampede 5K

John Painting completed the 5K course in a time of 22:37, absolutely smashed it John!

Shane Curren pushed hard to finish in  25:32; well done Shane!

Andy Harris ran the 5K in a time of  27:25; as always very impressive Andy!

John Borsos smashed the race with a time of 21:52; excellent work John to break 22 minutes in the 5K!

Ron Souza snuck under 24 minutes with a time of  23:59; always giving 100% effort Ron!

The Run to Foster Hope 5K

Chris Koris ran an excellent time of 20:55, earning 1st in his age group and 6th over all! Well done Chris!

SF Track Club Pride Meet

Zeb got a 10 second PR compared to last year running the half mile (800m) in a time of 2:34 in San Francisco!

The Macklind Mile

Michael Leach ran the Macklind Mile in St.Louis Missouri with his family to finish in a time of  5:20 for the mile! Excellent speed Mike; congrats!
