“A year and a half ago, I was sidelined by injury and had to watch my Boston dream slip away. Today, that dream was reignited when I qualified again 🙌🏼 Third time’s a charm! The crowds, the energy, the 55,000 runners… absolutely unforgettable. My heart is full and so thankful for God’s strength and grace through every mile. Huge thanks to my FFEG and MotIvate families for the support, encouragement, and belief that carried me here. Next stop: NYC qualifier and inching closer to that PR. But first, a little recovery 💙❤️”

Jasmin Mclean ran the 26.2 mile course in a time of 04:06:23 despite some difficulties:

“I couldn’t meet any of my goals. Tripped on a bottle that someone dropped in front of me & I twisted my ankle @ Mile 4! 😳😩

Iced it, seems ok. We’ll see how it is tomorrow 😆

Also need to figure out fueling better. Tummy was cramping. Instead of every half hour, stick to each hour. It did help the cramping after taking salt tabs. Thank you Liza! 🤗”

Congrats on getting it done in any case Jasmin!
